Introduction
Labor Law No. 13 Years 2003 and the Job Creation Law No.11 of 2020 and Government Regulation No.35 of 2021 stipulate post-employment benefits for employees when they reach retirement age, die, have permanent/total disability, or resign. The scope of employee benefits in the Law includes those regulated in the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 24, as post-employment benefits and other long-term employment benefits. The application of PSAK-24 in the Company’s Financial Statements requires Actuarial Consultant Services as the preparation of Independent Actuarial Reports required by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI). This statement is required to be applied in all companies for all employee benefits, whether regulated by the company in the form of a Collective Labor Agreement or as a result of the implementation of Labor Law No. 13 of 2003 and Job Creation no. 11 of 2020 and Goverment Regulation No. 35 Year 2021.
In addition, companies that organize Defined Benefit Pension Fund Programs must perform actuarial calculations for periodic reporting to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the quality of their funding.
The Life Insurance Company must also include the Calculation of Technical Reserves and Additional Technical Reserves in the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report of the Actuarial Consultant as a manifestation of the Life Insurance Company’s obligations to Policyholders.

KKA Tumpal Marbun FSAI is an Actuarial Consultant Office known as Prima Aktuaria (under the company PT Prima Bhaksana Lestari), established in the Central Jakarta area and began providing services as an Actuarial Consultant since July 1 2005 with professional and experienced experts in the field of Calculations Post-Employment Benefits, Pension Funds and Insurance.
Effective from September 21 2021, based on PMK No227/PMK01/2021 concerning Actuaries, all actuarial service work must be transferred to the Actuarial Consultant Office. Tumpal Marbun Actuarial Consultant Office, FSAI already has a license to provide actuarial consulting services with the issuance of KMK No. : 493/KM.1/2023

Has been involved in the field of Actuarial, pension programs and Life Insurance for decades. KKA Principal Tumpal Marbun, FSAI is a very experienced senior actuary. He has been an Actuary with the title of Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI) for more than two decades and is registered as a Public Actuary at the Financial Professional Development Center (P2PK) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and is also registered as a member of the Indonesian Actuary Association (PAI).

The Director of PT Prima Bhaksana Lestari has a background in accounting economics, experience in marketing, fostering cooperative relationships with clients, and developing business has collaborated with several Public Accounting Firms
Atyanto Ahadyat
Senior Consultant who also has decades of experience in providing consultation and assistance in the field of calculating estimated liability for Post-Employment Benefits based on the Labor Law, whose calculations are by Financial Accounting standards, either PSAK-24 or IAS-19, are very experienced in the field of Pension Funds, both Financial Institution Pension Funds, Employer Pension Funds and Insurance.
